We endeavour to post all orders within 2 business days of payment being received, however during busy times this might be extended.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays & postal holidays. All orders are sent through Australia Post.
'Express Post' is a shipping method and does not mean your order will be processed any faster.
All orders are packed to minimise the risk of damage during shipping but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by carriers.
Customs and duty charges may be applicable for your order when it arrives at the destination country: payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your authorities about customs, duty and other charges which could apply.
Import laws differ between countries and it is your responsibility to check the items you purchase are allowed to enter the destination country.
COVID-19 delivery changes
Due to the impact COVID-19 has on the operation of Australia Post they have had to changes some policies and services and these affect the delivery of orders from us.
Express Post no longer has the 'Next day Guarantee', where it did apply. They will continue to deliver these items with priority and as fast as possible.
ALL delivery times have been extended. For some places it is an additional 3 days, if you are in WA or FNQ it can be upto an additional 7 days.
