Prestige Broad Curve Edger - cake fondant smoother
The broad curve edger creates a sweeping curve on the top of your cake.
Use on the almond paste marzipan or fondant on the edger to give a good foundation for fondant. You may find that it is not necessary to re-use the BROAD CURVE on the fondant. If your foundation is good the fondant will automatically follow the shape of the foundation.
A gentle polish with a smoother and side edger may be all that is needed!
