It has a fine powder consistency enabling it to be sprinkled onto food without melting or dissolving.

Sprinkle Snow Sugar on: Gingerbread, Cookies, Baked Pastries, Sponge Cakes, Muffins, Roulades, Brownies

To make the perfect Gingerbread house, use Roberts Gingerbread biscuit mix 1kg.
