Bakels Milk Chocolate Ganache 1kg

A ready to use ganache suitable for filling and covering cakes, cupcakes and other baked treats.

Use directly from the piping bag, for your convenience.

Soften the ganache by placing closed bag in to hot water (60c) until the desired consistency is reached. Alternatively warm in a microwave on HIGH in 10-15 secs bursts.

Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
