COVID-19 delivery changes
Due to the impact COVID-19 has on the operation of Australia Post they have had to changes some policies and services and these affect the delivery of orders from us.
Express Post no longer has the 'Next day Guarantee', where it did apply. They will continue to deliver these items with priority and as fast as possible.
ALL delivery times have been extended. For some places it is an additional 3 days, if you are in WA or FNQ it can be upto an additional 7 days.
We endeavour to post all orders within 2 business days of payment being received, however during busy times this might be extended. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays & postal holidays.
'Express Post' is a shipping method and does not mean your order will be processed any faster.
All orders are packed to minimise the risk of damage during shipping but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by carriers.
We use Australia Post to delivery all our parcels and cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery by them. The delivery times given by us are an estimate only and are wholly under the control of Australia Post.
Regular Parcel Post service:
Sydney & Canberra - 2-3 business days
Brisbane & Melbourne - 2-4 business days
Adelaide - 3 business days, minimum
Darwin, Hobart & Perth - 5 business days, minimum
Regional NSW - 2-3 business days, minimum
For rural and regional areas, please contact us, stating your postcode, and we can provide a delivery estimate.
Express Post Next-day Delivery service:
Adelaide, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne - metro areas only.
Darwin, Hobart, Perth - 2 or more business days.
Some parts of Regional NSW are available, please check first.
If you need goods urgently, or by a particular day, please contact us first to check the possibility.
Yes, we do ship internationally. If your country is not on the list of those available at checkout, please contact us to ask if we can ship there.
As of 1 January 2021 we no longer ship to the United Kingdom.
Not all items in our store can be posted overseas: they may be too large, fragile, or not allowed to be shipped by air.
Customs and duty charges may be applicable for your order when it arrives at the destination country: payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your authorities about customs, duty and other charges which could apply.
Import laws differ between countries and it is your responsibility to check the items you purchase are allowed to enter the destination country.
