Bakels White Pettinice RTR Fondant Icing is a reliable consistent covering for special occasion cakes cupcakes cookies. It is extremely smooth and handles perfectly so cakes can be covered without blemish.

The icing should be kneaded lightly before rolling out to the desired size and thickness. Pettinice RTR Icing can be coloured with icing colour paste and is the perfect consistency for making decorative roses flowers sugar animals with the addition of tylose.

Note: The bulk icing should be kept airtight in the carton by carefully folding the polythene liner over the product after use.
