Whip ‘n Ice is a frozen dairy whip product for cake icing and filling. Produces a smooth, light and creamy whipped cream.
Simply thaw, shake and whip, up to three times its liquid volume.
Keep frozen between -18°C to -25°C. Once opened, store at 4°C and use within 7 days.

How to use:Allow Whip’n Ice to defrost and then pour it into a mixing bowl and add any water-based colours or flavours and then whip it with a wire balloon attachment at a medium speed until it stiffens to your desired consistency. Then it’s ready to use!After being whipped, Whip n Ice can be kept out of the fridge for 5 days or stored for 5 weeks in the fridge.
