

BWB Triangle Slab Chocolate Mould (3 piece)
BWB takes the guess work out of making hollow or filled chocolates.
Perfect for making the on-trend 'Dubai Chocolate Bar' and other filled chocolates.
Each Triangle bar measures approx.: 14x7cm and 17mm deep.
How to use:
• Melt your chocolate and fill in the first part of the mould up to the visibly marked line.
• Gently tap on the table to remove any air bubbles.
• Place the second part of the mould gently over the top.
• Using the third mould, place that on top of the second mould and slowly push down to impress the chocolate and fill to the top.
• Let your design refrigerate and firm before separating all parts and flipping the mould over for the design to fall out with ease.
Cleaning: To clean the mould, hand wash with warm water and allow it to air dry. DO NOT use detergent, soap or sponges.
