Made in Italy and specifically formulated for Australian conditions, Over The Top Fondant provides excellent workability with its soft texture and silky smooth finish. This fondant can be rolled thing whilst still maintaining its elasticity and strength without drying out or cracking, making covering cakes super easy.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oils & fats (pal, sunflower, illipe), invert sugar syrup, stabiliser E420ii, water humectant E422, thickener E415, emulsifier E471, acidifier E330, flavour, preservative E202, antioxidemt E300, colour E171.

May contain traces of milk, soybeans, nuts.
