Bakels Dusting Icing Sugar (no melt) 200g

Dusting Sugar is a powder for an extremely quick and easy way to provide a decorative finish to the surface of cakes, tarts, slices, desserts, etc.

As it doesn't easily absorb moisture from the air the finish lasts longer. Simply dust over baked goods using a sieve. Ideal for items that will be wrapped in cellophane.

Also called snow powder sugar.

Ingredients: Dextrose, Maize Starch, Interesterified Palm Oil.
