Barco Red Label edible food colour is a preferred brand to colour, dust or paint your creations. It is also perfect to colour white chocolate. These colours can be blended to create any custom colour of your choice.
Colour: chocolate, cake and doughnut batters, hard candies and chewing gums, fondant / gum paste, buttercream, meringue, royal icing and glaze for glazed cakes.
Paint: It can also be mixed into rose spirit (cake decorators alcohol) and used as a paint fondant, gelatin balls and chocolate.
Dust: Used to dry brush color onto gum paste or fondant designs.
