Clear Corn Syrup is perfect for confectionery, candy making and as an ingredient for making icings, fondant, modelling chocolate, toffee, marshmallow and shiny glazes.

It can also be used to prevent crystallisation in hard lollies and ice cream and can sweeten and ticken anything from jams to Asian sauces.
