In Actiwhite, the moisture attracting protein has been eliminated, therefore helping to ensure that the end product is crisp & dry, remains snow white in colour and is easy to handle & cut without breakage.Ingredients: Egg Albumen Powder, Sugar, Vegetable gums (412, 466), Acidity regulator (330). CONTAINS EGG WHITE.
To make Royal Icing (using Actiwhite)
1. Soak 20g ACTIWHITE in 100ml cold water for 20 minutes.
2. Add 600g pure icing sugar (not icing mixture)
3. Using an electric hand mixer, beat for 2−3 minutes on fast speed to the consistency required.
