Rich n Smooth™ Chocolate has a delicate and smooth chocolate creamy taste with a light, fluffy texture that offers superior stability and ease of use. 

Simply thaw, shake and whip, up to two and a half times its liquid volume.

– Able to hold intricate designs at ambient temperatures.
– Easy to incorporate colours and flavours for a truly unique cake experience.

Keep frozen (-18℃). Thaw under refrigerator (2℃ – 7℃) for 24 – 36 hours for best results.

Ingredients: High fructose corn syrup, vegetable oils (refined fully hydogenated palm kernel and palm fat, emulsifiers[322 soy, 471]), water, cocoa alkali processed, sodium caseinate (milk),colour (150c), emulsifiers (435, 475), stabilizers (464, 415 soy), sugar, salt, artificial flavour.

No animal fat and suitable for vegetarians. Halal.

How to use: Allow to defrost and then pour it into a mixing bowl and add any water-based colours or flavours and then whip it with a wire balloon attachment at a medium speed until it stiffens to your desired consistency. Then it’s ready to use! 
Whipped product must be stored under refrigeration before application to finished product. Unused whipped product can be stored frozen in airtight container for future use.
